Designed for men 30 and older, our league offers a relaxed, welcoming environment where you can enjoy the game without grueling practices, expensive uniforms, or cutthroat rivalries. No standings. No stats. No pressure. Just the pure joy of playing baseball, surrounded by others who share your love for the game.
We know life is busy—with work, family, and everything in between. That’s why we handle all the details for you. Schedules, rosters, umpires, and equipment are all taken care of by our league organizers. All you have to do is show up and play.

Hundreds of players across the Baltimore-Washington area have had the same concerns—until they stepped onto the field and realized they still had it. Our special rules, including a minimum age of 36 for pitchers, help ensure that anyone with at least average ability can jump in and enjoy the game.
